Shipping policy
Every item in our shop is created just for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we take a little extra time to make sure your order is crafted with care before it heads your way.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.
During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holiday shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak holiday seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other major shopping holidays, we recommend placing holiday orders early to help ensure timely delivery.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This is completely normal and often helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
For packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
